For Custom Domains ONLY
Get Maximum Flexibility with the Forward-All Account
Don't Miss Important E-mails! Once you've decided to get a custom
domain of your own, you may expect to have to decide on the one or two addresses to use within that domain for e-mail. For instance, for your small business site, you could pick admin@domain, webmaster@domain, sales@domain, president@domain, etc. etc. Tough choices if these all need to forward to just one place! Don't worry - with ForeverMail's unique Forward-All E-Mail account, you can
have every e-mail sent to your domain forwarded to you. No need to worry about missing that sale or important notice! Even if you do have defined names with e-mail accounts in your
domain, the Forward-All account will forward the rest of your domain's mail to you so you never miss a thing.
How does it work?
If no other accounts exist for you domain, then ALL mail of the form address@customdomain will forward to the destination(s) you specify with your Forward-All Account. You may have up to three destinations for one account. If you use your domain for other accounts (or you add them later), mail for existing_addresses@customdomain will forward to its designated forwarding destination(s), while mail for undefined_addresses@customdomain will forward to the destination you specify with your Forward-All account - acting as a "catch-all" for your domain. Of course, just like a standard ForverMail account, you may change the destination address(es) this e-mail forwards to as often as you want without charge. For pricing information, see our Pricing page.

We understand that sometimes you want different addresses for different purposes, or for different groups of people that you
correspond with. Or, you might want a professional address AND a "fun" address. That's why you can create up to five ForeverMail addresses with our Standard account. You can set up your
additional ForeverMail addresses during the initial subscription process, or anytime using our Account Management tools.
Additional ForeverMail addresses are simply extra names which ALL forward to ALL the destination addresses specified in your
account. For example, if your ForeverMail address was:
bonbon@chocolate.lover.org
forwarding to:
you@yourboringaddress.com
and you wanted to add the name Mary_Richards@Minnesota.lover.org as an additional ForeverMail address, both bonbon@chocolate.lover.org and Mary_Richards@Minnesota.lover.org would forward to you@yourboringaddress.com (If you had more than one destination address, it would forward to all the destination
addresses specified in your account).
In order to have bonbon@chocolate.lover.org and Mary_Richards@Minnesota.lover.org forward to DIFFERENT
destination addresses, you would have to set up a new and separate standard account for Mary_Richards@Minnesota.lover.org, at the regular price.
Multiple Destination Addresses improve your mail management E-mail addressed to your ForeverMail address(es) may be
forwarded to up to three destinations. Some common uses of this service include:
Getting copies of your e-mail at home and at work.
Sending a copy of your e-mail to a fax or pager.
Distributing mail to a small workgroup.
If you would like to have your e-mail forwarded to more than one destination address, you can set this up during the intial
subscription process, or by using the Account Management tools
after you have set up your account.
Web address (URL) forwarding The ForeverMail e-mail forwarding service provides you with a
personalized, permanent e-mail address. But what about your home page? What happens when you change your internet service provider (ISP) and people don't know where your home page is any more? With ForeverMail URL
forwarding, you can have a personalized, permanent web address (URL) as well.
Forwarding to one destination URL is included free with a standard ForeverMail account. Say your ForeverMail address is bonbon@chocolate.lover.org. Then your permanent URL would be:
http://www.chocolate.lover.org/~bonbon
Anyone who went to this URL would be automatically forwarded to the current location of your home page. It's that simple.
If you are a new subscriber, you can add URL forwarding capabilities to your account by indicating on your subscription form where you want your permanent ForeverMail URL to forward to. If you are a current
ForeverMail subscriber, use the Account Management tools to add a permanent ForeverMail URL to your account.
