How much does a ForeverMail account cost?
A standard account costs $18 per year. Please see our Pricing page for more details.
How do I pay for my account?
We accept payment by
Visa, Mastercard, personal or business checks (from U.S. banks only) and money orders. All payments MUST be denominated in U.S. Dollars.
Credit card payments can be made securely online, or you may fax or mail us your credit card information. To pay for an account, go to the Pay/Renew page to get a current account statement. There you can choose how long you want to subscribe/renew for and make your payment online, or get instructions for mailing your payment.
How will the charges appear on my credit card statement?
Our charges appear on your statement as being from "Digital Footprints International" (our parent company.)
What is your refund policy?
We do not provide refunds
unless we are unable to provide the service you have paid for.
If you choose to leave our service before your subscription is over, we will not refund a portion of your fees. Domain registrations are NEVER refundable once the domain has been registered or the renewal has been processed. This is not our rule; rather it is imposed by ICANN, the domain regulatory body, to limit domain speculation and cybersquatting.
How do I renew my account?
Go to the Pay/Renew page to get a current account statement. There you can choose how long you want to renew for and make your payment online, or get instructions for mailing your payment.
How many years can I renew for?
ForeverMail
forwarding accounts can be renewed for 1 year, 2 years, 5 years or a lifetime term. Custom Domain registrations may be renewed in one year increments up to 10 years.

What if I don't want to renew my account?
